While Elounda Bay Palace has lovely grounds and some notable staff members, my stay was overshadowed by issues in our accommodations and a lack of response from management. The mold and mildew in one bungalow were concerning, and pest problems persisted in others, detracting from what could have been a wonderful family vacation. It's unfortunate that their customer service fell short, which significantly impacted our overall experience.
